I provide a spectrum of personalized educational services, tailored to fit your family's specific needs. From focused support as a Tutor, to comprehensive mentorship as a Governess, to strategic guidance as an Academic Coach, my approach is always centered on the individual student. I blend targeted academic instruction with hands-on, curiosity-driven mentorship to build not just knowledge, but also confidence, resilience, and a genuine love for learning.

Tutor

Available Virtually

As a tutor, my goal is to build both confidence and mastery by tailoring lessons to each student's unique learning style. With thousands of hours of experience, my expertise covers all high school math and science disciplines—including Biology, Statistics, and Coding—as well as advanced, college-level coursework in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. I also provide comprehensive preparation for standardized tests like the SAT and ACT. Whether working one-on-one or with small groups, my approach prioritizes critical thinking to help students not just find the right answer, but understand the process behind it.

Specialized support for learners with ADHD and Level 1 and 2 autism.

Governess
(Educational Nanny)

The governess role is a comprehensive partnership with your family, involving a significant time commitment to foster your child's holistic development. As a dedicated role model, I focus on cultivating a balance of mental, physical, and emotional growth. My mentorship is centered on training curiosity, empathy, and tenacity through a blend of academic work and hands-on skills. This includes guiding children through creative engineering and science projects, teaching practical arts like woodworking and sewing, and exploring enriching hobbies such as chess, wind instruments, and foreign languages. If a child's interests fall outside these areas, we can explore them together—my goal is to model the process of learning itself. While my specialized tutoring is in STEM, this long-term partnership allows me to provide general homework help and academic guidance across all school subjects. By prioritizing critical thinking and compassion, I help children build the confidence to become capable and resourceful self-teachers.

Academic Coach

Available Virtually

As an Academic Coach, I move beyond any single subject to help students build the essential skills for academic success. This includes developing effective study skills and time management strategies, building powerful test-taking techniques, and navigating the complex college application process, including standardized test prep. My approach is to provide custom, targeted curricula that prepare students with the confidence and independence needed for success in high school, college, and beyond.

Executive Function & Life Skills Coach

Beyond traditional academics, I serve as a dedicated support person and mentor, specializing in partnership with neurodivergent individuals (including those with Level 1 and 2 autism) and any student needing help with executive function. The focus is on building practical, real-life skills in a supportive, one-on-one environment. This can include companionship, practicing social engagement, developing routines for time management, and building confidence through hands-on, joy-centered activities. Grounded in patience and a deep respect for individual needs, my goal is to act as a kind and well-socialized role model who helps your child navigate school, hobbies, and the path to greater independence.
